Dear Friends,
       I am deeply saddened, as I know we all are, by the horrific events that have unfolded in Israel. On Friday night, we joyously celebrated Simchat Torah only to learn a few hours later of these unthinkable acts of cruelty. RSNS stands with Israel along with the other synagogues of Port Washington. I want to thank our Clergy for giving us the opportunity to come together in support of Israel as a community on Saturday and with the larger Port Washington community at Sunday night's vigil. The Israelis who spoke have all lost loved ones and so appreciate knowing that we are supporting Israel. As we pray for peace, please know that RSNS will continue to provide ways that we can come together in support of Israel, our Jewish homeland.
