The title of our newsletter, Shaliyah comes from the Hebrew word shaliyach, which translated into English means messenger. And that's what the Shaliyah is. It is the Reconstructionist Synagogue of the North Shore's monthly newsletter. The intention of the Shaliyah is to deliver messages regarding dates, announcements and events, from RSNS and our clergy to our synagogue members.
