Some people put their heads in the sand during critical times and wait for the worst to pass, and others are inspired to be of help to the most vulnerable. Debbie will talk about what drove her to write and self-publish a book for children about the pandemic. She’ll talk about the writing process and about working with an illustrator. And she’ll read the book, too, to elicit our thoughts and reactions.
