Israeli Film Night
Come join us on Erev Shavuot (Saturday night, May 19, 8pm) for our final Israeli Film night of the year! In keeping with the themes of the holiday, we'll enjoy wine and cheese while watching and then discussing the critically-acclaimed, award-winning 2011 drama/comedy, Footnote. A tale of a complicated father-son relationship (they are rival Talmud scholars at Hebrew University), this brilliant film was nominated for best foreign film Academy Award, and won best screenplay at Cannes! BYO wine, we'll supply the cheese!
