Glass Mezuzah Making Workshop

The first workshop -- 10:00-11:30 AM -- is full.

There will be a second workshop from 12:30-2:00PM. There are only 5 more spots available, so please register now.

Make your own fused glass mezuzah -- like our Noah's Ark windows -- under the guidance of guest artist, Sasha Kopp. Together, we will learn the process of cutting sheet glass with glass cutters. Through using a template, each participant will create their own base for a mezuzah. Then, everyone will have the opportunity to use bright and vivid colors to create a design for their mezuzah case. Designs can be abstract or representational. It's up to you! Each object is a one-of-a-kind piece of art! Lastly, we will discuss the meaning behind the mezuzah.

This event is open to families and adults attending on their own.

Cost: $36/mezuzah

We recommend one mezuzah per child for families and one per adult attending on their own.

The klaf -- parchment that goes inside the mezuzah -- is not included. RSNS will have them available for sale at an additional cost.
